At the beginning of the pandemic we couldn't buy toilet paper for three weeks and were very annoyed, so we bought this bidet. It was very easy to install and works great. It even doubles as an enema if you dare to lean forward and relax. The only problem we had was that our brand new toilet seat didn't fit because it was rounded at the back and didn't fit. Had to buy a new toilet seat with no contouring. It's really powerful and the purpose is right. I thought cold water running down my buttocks would be shocking, and it is the first time, but then you start to like it. I don't feel the need to buy a heater and we have very cold well water and we are in Maine. My biggest problem is that sometimes I move my feet and tackle it and I spray myself, the wall and the cat. Now I have my right leg under control.
