It's better to have two pans
I've used my pans several times in the last six weeks. I use them with tulip cupcake liners. I've had leftover batter from (1) Bundt Coffee Cake and (2) Banana Pecan Pie twice recently. I poured the batter into cups decorated like a bundt/bread and baked for a shorter time. They came out great.
