I don't use a lot of ink, I might have to buy it every 9 months, but the price of a Canon all-in-one is cheaper than using two branded ink cartridges, it seems almost pointless to always pay more for ink than the cost of the printer. I took a chance with these remanufactured EZ Ink cartridges and I am very happy with them, especially as they are XL cartridges. Each cartridge was in a sealed bag and snapped easily into place. I printed out a head alignment test sheet and it looked just as good as the Canon cartridges. The Canon I use it in is the MG2922. I paid less for these XL cartridges than Canon's standard size cartridges would have cost. The print quality is just as good. I mainly write text. I am very happy with this purchase.
