These headphones look fantastic. The lights only light up when the USB port is in use. On the heads of small people, they are very large. My son wore them and even with the headphones being as small as possible they still pressed against his face and there was a gap on his head. On the other hand, I felt that they were perfect for my ears and head. The microphone is NOT adjustable and is very far from the mouth even for an adult. From a distance, the mic picks up more than just your voice, but the noise-cancellation works if you're constantly talking, cutting out other noise adequately. The mic mute slider is very large and "clicks" in place, so it's not easy to toggle it on or off. The cable is too long to comfortably use on a controller, but works great when your computer is a reasonable distance from your seat.
