The tool fits the Silverado 99-02 fan hub.

I bought this to make a water pump for my '99 Silverado with an Escalade LQ9 replacement. The tool fits snugly on most Truck LS LQ4/LQ9 engines, likely to fit 4.8 and 5.3 truck engines. I don't know car engines. The only thing I don't like is that the bag that comes with it is complete crap. It worked great.
