I bought these raincoats for my 6 year old daughter because she had to sell boy scout cookies in the rain. She also loves jumping in puddles. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of these pants. The trousers have a fleece fabric that is pleasant to the touch. They are light. The seams are taped and the bottom back of the pants is stretchy (like neoprene) with velcro on the front as shown in the photo. She formed a beautiful gusset around her rubber boots. At first I was a bit concerned about the length. My daughter is 49 cm tall and slim. When she pulled the pants on, they were almost an inch off the floor and I thought they were too short. When she put on her rubber boots, I noticed that the pants fit her perfectly. I will buy these pants every year as long as they last.
