User difficulties: Couldn't get a grill or good cooking on our gas grill

I was challenged with this. Nothing cooked right that was inside the baskets. Veggies got soggy and I'm not a fan of things soggy from the grill. It isn't terribly dishwasher friendly, it's too big. I think this was a fail for us.

It may be difficult to clean the mat thoroughly, especially if you cook greasy or saucy foods
