We are using this to hold my daughters metals on, and it came well packaged. It also had the attached hardware and drywall plugs, which are standard small drywall plugs. The cuts on the item are done really well, I would guess to say a CNC water cutter or plasma cutter was used, the lettering is exact with no sharp edges. the black finish is applied well. The item itself is not stiff, it does have a bit of flex in it, but if properly mounted I don't see this is being a issue. The holes for the screws are spaced so it is possible to get both in a wall stud, which i would highly recommend. Given metals tend to weigh a bit, a drywall mount wont do. Overall a good product.
