Received the radio, first impression is very good. Radios have come a long way since I installed my very first one about 40 years ago. Main units are basically just a screen with very little depth for the case. Probably around 2-3 inches. Anyway the installation was easy as I ordered a rewire for my truck. So 95% of the wiring was done immediately. The only extra cables I had to connect was the remote cable for my amp. The return power cable for the camera and then the actual cables for the camera itself. The radio works as it should and the wireless steering wheel controls that come with the radio are a nice touch. What I don't like and what I have problems with are the following. The back of the radio gets very hot when switched on. Hot to actually touch with your hand. Even when I park my truck. The radio display turns off and the audio going to my truck's 4 standard speakers is muted. But the radio still outputs sound to my amp and subwoofer. So I can still hear the radio station here through my subwoofers. This lasts 30 to 45 seconds and then ends abruptly with a loud family noise. For some reason the radio remote wire that goes to the amp and tells the amp to turn on stays at 12 volts for 30-45 seconds after the radio is turned off with the car key. I also have problems with the rear camera. The 4 indicator on the camera lights up normally and the main unit screen turns off the radio display. But the display just stays black and doesn't show the image from the camera. The nice thing now is that you get 90 days of free support with the purchase of a radio. But there is a problem here too. When you click Get Support, you will be asked for a contact phone number. But an app that asks for a callback number is very specific about how it wants to enter a phone number. And, unfortunately, the application does not allow you to enter the number in the right places. So only one error message is output
