Review on HomePop N8264 F2110 Storage Ottoman Navy by Christine Turner

I like the brown color because it matches our chairs really well and the sizing is good too BUT not only is it missing the necessary hardware for the legs (not too bad), it will actually crushed in one place both from above and below (see photo). I deliberately bought this used/very good condition, but when does Revain or the seller actually make sure that they don't just scatter total rubbish! I've contacted the seller but I suspect they won't help because their website pretty much just tells you to return something if you're in a shop window (it came in a very big box and we live outside of that city. so it will be a big problem to get it back!). I will update my review if the seller or Revain get it right and I don't have to lug it anywhere but our own trash otherwise I would advise staying away from the product based on other/similar reviews and situations. Too bad the quality control has gotten so bad because you can hear the rumble of pieces of plywood!
