Took about a year for the stitching to start tearing. Purchased an "extended warranty" and the company will not return emails.

I like the brown color because it matches our chairs really well and the sizing is good too BUT not only is it missing the necessary hardware for the legs (not too bad), it will actually crushed in one place both from above and below (see photo). I deliberately bought this used/very good condition, but when does Revain or the seller actually make sure that they don't just scatter total rubbish! I've contacted the seller but I suspect they won't help because their website pretty much just tells…
