Perfect for anyone who would be considered very short as an adult. I bought one for my mom who doesn't have a big head at all. But it's still so tight that trying to pull it over your head, the hole is too small and at one point pinches your nose and incredibly uncomfortable to wear. I bought one for my brother who is a tall and tall man and he can't even figure it out. So disappointing.
