I like it because is easy to use, you only need your computer or mobile device with an internet connection so everyone can log their work hours without any additional cost of software installation (like other similar services). It's not possible track multiple projects at once but we will continue using this service until they release that feature as long there are no alternatives available yet! Try before buy if its free version has some limitations regarding project tracking/management capabilities compared against paid versions where all features included - otherwise dont waste time waiting too much when something better comes out soon :) Its very simple tool which help us manage our working days more effectively by keeping record about how many minutes were spent during each day doing different tasks related from my job responsibilities;.
