I purchased a set of these string lights in the summer and using the app, had been enjoying them since then. Since they occasionally would turn themselves on, I disconnected them from the power source this winter before leaving for an extended stay out of town. When I plugged the set back in again, about a month later, I was not able to use the manual control button to turn the lights on and off, and needless to say, they could not be controlled by the app. I contacted HBN customer service to ask what could be done. Jenny, Diana, and Ariel got back to me within a day of sending an email message, and quickly sent me a new set. They followed up with me to make sure that I received the new set and that they were working properly. They were a pleasure to work with. Although I don’t know why the lights malfunctioned (It might have been the weather), HBN stood behind their product, and its customer service support team was right there. I hope the new set of lights works as efficiently as they did.
