I often clench my jaw and grind my teeth at night and have tried many different mouthguards. This is my favorite so far. Mouth guards are very easy to shape and reshape and are thick enough to withstand even extreme bruxism. There are 5 different shields in this set and two of them are very thick. The very thick ones are a bit big for my mouth (I'm a 27 year old female) but the small ones work great. They're still a bit big for me, but I've definitely noticed an improvement in how my jaw feels in the morning. If I end up having to buy a new mouthguard I will probably buy this set again.
