I read the dimensions and thought it’d be ok, it’s not. I’m 6’ 240lbs and my shoulders hang over which is, ok but I can’t lay my arms to my side. The really bad part of the chair is that it will not stay in any of the upright positions if you move even a little. I thought maybe it was my size/weight and the wife tried it out, she’s half my size and as soon as she moved a bit the back support popped out the same as it did for me. The support snaps into place easily but with any movement it will not stay snapped in. It does seem well constructed as a positive. This may be ok for children but it’s a huge fail for an adult.
