3 star for assembly only because 1st one was a little difficult but others were a lot easier. Easy to clean, sturdy, comfy and swivel. Had shopped around and basically same chairs as sold other places but much better price.

Great chairs and fairly easy to assemble.Material color is better in person than the pictures. Very comfortable The fabric might be prone to snags or tears.

Great product so far. I only gave it ☆☆☆ for sturdiness because I've only had them for a month now. So stay tuned for the exciting second review in months to ccome.

There was an inventory list and lots of brochures for other things they sell, but no instructions, so if you have little experience putting things together, you might want to take a pass.

These are pretty heavy duty swivel chairs and pretty well engineered, although had a little trouble aligning some of the bolt holes, but eventually got it to work. Very solid and attractive.

A more detailed set of step by step instructions would have been helpful. The instructions were not very helpful and somewhat misleading as to what should be put together first and what bolts should be used with which piece.

One of the base pieces arrived cracked. Still trying to get replacement, sounds like it will be rectified. All in all a nice chair. Haven’t gotten to use.

I bought these chairs for my tall husband for Father’s Day. He wanted a patio chair that supported his head. These surpassed expectations, even for me, his short wife! They swivel, rock a bit, and have some mild cushioning. All in all a great product for anyone imho.

The broken part wasn’t even listed in ‘parts’ but was a circular plastic part which had to be affixed as chair was assembled (and cannot be added afterward). Time will tell if it completely falls off! Sad that such a small broken part diminishes what would have been a very positive purchase.

We are now able to observe our whole backyard acre from our deck in a 180 degree perspective using these sturdy swivel chairs. As soon as we put the chairs together it rained for an hour and I got to destress using the great rocking feature. Considering purchasing a couple more.

WAs easy to assemble and all tools were included plus extra screws.Very comfortable. The rock is tight but should loosen up as we break it in.The swivel works great. Well made. Made in China. Just wish it was made in USA!We do feel it will need a cover to protect against the rain and sun, so we ordered them.I do miss my old fashon long-rock rocker. But these look modern and we will get use to them in time.I lie the idea that they fit perfect around our patio table.

The instructions lacked any written detail, but after getting through the first chair's assembly the remaining chair assembly was quick and didn't require a lot of time to complete. The chairs work well on our porch.

Shipped as scheduled and arrived on time. Packing box was not very sturdy, it had a lot of tears in it but the chairs were not damaged. Seem to be good quality.

Too hard to put together poorest instructions I’ve ever seen in any product I Purchased on revain.Not sure if I’m going to keep them or not problem is getting the one I put together disassembled you get what you pay for poor poor product

I purchased two of these chairs and then two weeks later I purchased two more. They far exceeded my expectations. They are easy to assemble, comfortable, and look amazing. My only criticism is that the padding retains water, so if the chairs are not kept under a covered roof, you should plan to buy covers.

Very nice chairs. Easy to assemble. Good quality. They support your head. Swivel great but they don’t rock back and forth a lot. Perfect for what I wanted. I would order again.

these are nice sturdy comfortable chairs but they tend to hold water so if you leave them out in the rain your going to get a wet rear unless you let them drain off first also the don't recline very far
