Great addition to the room, missing piece on delivery

I was dying to get my beautiful Ganesh oil burner bell(s) and hang them. It fits perfectly into the motif of my room. The only downside is that when it was delivered, one of the bells was missing a pendulum and therefore didn't ring. This is disappointing. I like the thing in general.
