I have read all the reviews on this item. The main complaints I saw were that they weren't real, they didn't get 144 crystals, or they were too small. I'm not a Swarovski appraiser but they were platinum backed and VERY shiny in the sun, phone flashlight. They were just as shiny as you would expect in a normal room. To me it looked like cut Swarovski glass. If they weren't real I would still buy them again. I counted them carefully. Mine was exactly 144. In general, the average size was larger. However, I received quite a lot of large crystals. If you want to cover a large area, buy multiple packs. This is a luxury item that is sold very cheaply compared to a retail store. Don't be the person who leaves bad reviews because you didn't buy enough crystals. I bought these for personal use on my nails. They are brilliant, I have a wide range of sizes and I am happy.
