A solid software experience paired well by top-tier support

I like that it created an online database for the department. It helped me organize all of my contact information into a single place. It was easy to set up, and their customer service team are very responsive and always willing to help out with questions. Sometimes they can be buggy and slow which can make using it difficult if not having patience when creating forms. The website provides easy access to all of our department's records so we could easily enter them into other files such as Excel or Google Drive. The team is amazing! They're very knowledgeable, helpful with questions, and always seem excited when I come into work or have an issue that needs their attention right away (even if it's just responding). Their prices aren't outrageous either. It was probably one of my first jobs as an employee, so not much can really go wrong but they've been great about helping me learn all aspects of our product line and making sure everyone knows how important customer service has become lately for us.
