Update: Changed from 2 to 1 star because I couldn't find a working phone number to contact the manufacturer even on Revain. I can't get a replacement. The warranty extension I bought only applies after the manufacturer's warranty has expired after a further 5 months. That's ridiculous. My daughter really liked these headphones but they were very tight (she's only 8 so her head isn't very big) and broke after a few weeks of use. I'm now making a complaint to the manufacturer but it's ridiculous that they didn't even last two months with infrequent use.
