The support team was very helpful, they were always quick to respond back with any questions I had about their services or my account in general! They also offer additional payment options that are not offered by most other companies out there (such as PayPal). Their prices for domains can be expensive but you do get what you pay for when it comes to customer service from them - nothing really bad has come up so far. If your looking into registering a new domain then definitely give this company a try because of how great their customer care department is! We have been using bookmyname since we started our business 3 years ago now and haven't looked elsewhere yet.
