Highly detailed do-it-yourself miniature display model. It's not really a dollhouse but more of a diorama. Everything you need is included including basic tools like fine detail tweezers and a brush, but you will need cutting tools, pliers etc as shown in the instructions. I measured the door at 120mm. If the standard door is 80 inches high, that door is closer to 1:17 scale and not 1:24 scale. However, not everything is to scale. Paint and brush included. But I figured the Rattler spray paint from the local hardware store was quicker. I painted the walls satin white. No prep or primer on the floor to add soil. Holds up very well. For thicker paper and wooden items I also have wood glue from the hardware store. I didn't follow the instructions and I won't use all the parts. In the end it will be more to my liking, like a cozy display. Work on it slowly and it will come together nicely. Highly recommend if you have space to stash. during assembly/assembly.
