I am not very satisfied with this product or purchase. First I hand burned with an extended connection nozzle as the screws are visible as in the photo, not countersunk. The screws get very hot, and the whole stick gets hot too. It also leaked and dripped hot steam. The steam cleaner cleaned the sliding door track fairly well but failed to remove some stains. Second, I tried using a steam cleaner to clean the solution in our shower; there was no noticeable cleaning and the cord barely reached from the plug to the shower, i was only trying to clean one of the walls in our shower and the steamer couldn't clean everything without the extension cord. The other place I tried the steam cleaner was on the baseboard in our bathroom, it cleaned well, not very well. I couldn't get the steamer to do a good job of cleaning in the corner where the wall meets our shower/tub, it really just pushed dust/dirt back and forth in the corner.
