This review is for the KrupsXP3208. First, follow all the instructions in the user manual carefully. Before first use, make sure clean water is running through the machine, do not overfill the ground coffee, and make sure the port filter is securely attached to the basket before brewing. I've watched several YouTube videos on how to brew the perfect cup of espresso, evenly and compactly (25-28 seconds per brew). While I'm not a big barista, in these videos I point out many things that aren't so obvious about espresso making. With this machine you can prepare delicious espresso. The end result looks and tastes like what you would pay $5-$7 for at Starbucks or any other boutique coffee shop. I am very happy with my purchase. The only thing I would like to see differently is less plastic and more metal to make it look more authentic and durable.
