I really like this remote but I have serious problems with my Sony a7r iii freezing on slow shutter speeds. It's annoying to go to the trouble of setting up a star tracker and polar aligning it, making all the adjustments, and then freezing the camera on every shot. I have this so I can set up long exposures of a minute or more wirelessly to repeat multiple times, but it just doesn't work. I took great care to ensure that all settings on the remote control were correct. no delay, long exposure 1 minute, interval 5 seconds, n 10. but after a minute my camera freezes and I literally have to take out the battery to restart it. Turning the camera off and on again doesn't help. I can't use it.
