I'm so happy with these inserts, it makes such a difference to have them shaped correctly! Each pair has a clearly shaped left and right side - not labeled but you can definitely tell which is which. I didn't need to trim these down but you could certainly do that without destroying them. They're very soft with just enough padding to give a nice smooth shape, so if you're looking for something more push up, this is not it. They're also very breathable and I can wear them in sports bras or even just tucked into my other everyday cotton bras when I don't feel like broadcasting my nipples around in all this A/C. As you can see the inside is creased from being in the packaging but makes no difference to me and instructions are provided on how to get rid of them. WAY cheaper to just buy these great inserts than fight with potentially uncomfortable underwire shapewear more expensive bras. I'm a 36D/38C and the Large size inserts fit perfect. Take a chance and try them, you won't regret it! And if you do, send them to me lol.
