Ok so, I think like someone had else said, the sizing really depends on how you want these to fit. I got a medium and I usually wear a small, and they’re a baggy fit. They’re totally great for when I’m feeling bloated or my legs are fatigued. I feel like they’re actually true to size. I want to love these lights and I do, but I must have gotten a dud! One of the sets on my tree continues to get weaker and is nearly completely dim to dying now. These are actually pretty well made for the price. Usually these things fall apart, or gems fall out. So far, they're holding up nice. I have a long nose, so they fit perfectly. But depending on the shape and size of your nose, they made be a tad tight on you. My only issue is that the clickers on them are a little hard to make click.
