Because it has the best microfan and noise reduction, I purchased it solely for use in my professional life. When worn as a headset, it also filters out sounds that aren't relevant to the conversation at hand. However, as the new flagship of the line, I had hoped that this model would be better, or at the very least, not worse in any respect. Boy, was I wrong! The following is a list of everything that I did not like about the product, in descending order of frustration: 1. The odor; even after two months of use, they continue to have the odor of industrial chemicals; during the first month of use, the odor caused my head to hurt to the point that I had to stop wearing them. 2. Material: both the cups themselves as well as the ear pads, for some reason the cups were made of soft-touch plastic, which is cool to the touch; however, it is extremely impractical to just get them out of the case and they will never be clean again. Villi and dust of every variety are continually adhering, and wiping doesn't help remove them; the constant presence of these greasy prints and stains is revolting. When compared to earlier models, the ear pads are simply terrible. They have the appearance and texture of regular rubber without any skin or odor, and because they do not have skin, they are extremely hot and cause sweating. 3. The quality of the sound. At 80% of the sound, the high and medium frequencies will occasionally merely correct themselves and start to rattle, and the quality of the sound is subpar in general. Some say that it was in a better state earlier. 4. Ergonomics. To hell with him that they now do not add up, but the cups fold completely only outward when the headset hangs around the neck, which is uncomfortable. To hell with him. On the head sit nicely, but it's somewhat warm 5. Interaction. It has become much more buzzy; the sensor is old, in part because of the material, and there are constant false positives. The response has gotten worse, and it types more and more frequently. Despite the fact that it was utilized quite frequently in the past due to the fact that it was so convenient, NFC does not work. It is possible that it does not even exist. Even if you turn it off in the closet, the speak-to-chat function is always engaged when you try to modify the volume because it is a built-in feature that comes standard with the device. Overall, it is capable of doing the duties I have assigned it, and I am pleased with the purchase, particularly given that it was not overly expensive. Yet, the fact that even the smallest details have deteriorated in comparison to other iterations of this series is extremely annoying.
