I had trouble with the HTV Cricut and Oracal 651 when it came to creating my first detailed designs and keeping all the small details in the main design. I made one of those canvas projects with a photo of my best friend and her pet that had a TON of small parts. I carefully cut everything out with a utility knife and sat and waited for hours of work, frustration, and tweezers. To my surprise, it literally came out in one big piece, leaving behind all the little details! Even if you have to pull hard on it! Wonderful! What is this magic? Why can't every vinyl be this great?! And yes, it adhered well to the canvas, although finding the right temperature and time was tricky. I used 310 degrees, medium pressure, 15 seconds and a hot scrub.
