It was pretty easy to use but I found it bled profusely. I used a low tack stencil spray to adhere the stencil to it and ended up using a stencil brush because when I tried the foam roller it bled profusely! I also hated the fact that I had to wait between uses of the stencil lest I ruin my project with a wet stencil. I ended up having to go over it with a white brush and manually paint over the smudges, but overall the brick looks a lot better on our fireplace! I'm doing the flooring in our bathroom right now and apart from the complaints listed above it looks 100x better than what we had before!
