Hair fell off even without use
Works great. Only reason I'm disappointed and giving 3 stars for the horsehair brush. As soon as I open the packaging without even using the brush, the hair comes off completely. A few holes are missing completely. There are bald spots on this brush and I haven't even tried it yet. The other brush works great and is easy to clean. I hope they fix this brush, most likely after use. More hair falls out and becomes useless.
