This is strange and has nothing to do with the quality of the phone but with the materials used. This phone caused a bad reaction on my sensitive skin. The metallic chromium material caused blisters and rashes on the skin where it was touched on the ears. I noticed that within a week of using the phone I would develop an itchy, painful rash. I decided to switch my ears to see if the issue is actually phone related. Then I got a rash on the other ear. If you are allergic to cheap metals and jewelry, you should think twice before buying this phone. The rest of the phone is great, works well and doesn't look cheap. It's just crap about metal allergies.
