This is strange and has nothing to do with the quality of the phone but with the materials used. This phone caused a bad reaction on my sensitive skin. Everything about this phone is pretty cool. I have the matte chrome version and love how well built it is. I plugged it directly into our voice over the internet cable and it worked from the moment we used it. The sound quality is good and the buttons and redial function work properly. It looks great on the desk and allows us to provide a phone number for all sorts of things without our phones constantly receiving unwanted calls.
