This dispenser is great! Good glass quality, durable steel tube and large capacity. The kitchen table is even more beautiful in reality than in the photos. It leaked a little at first, but I found that I could tighten the tube a bit by pressing it against the wall and threading the washer through the paper on the other side. Hand towel. Now it doesn't flow at all. Initially, the flow of water was very slow, but after removing the plastic ring around the lid, it got faster. This allowed airflow. It is now easy to remove the cap when filling the dispenser. But the stand could be a bit higher. When I want to fill my bottle with water, I have to move the whole dispenser to the edge of the counter. But it doesn't bother me that much. My whole family enjoys using this spring water dispenser every day! Much better than the big plastic dispenser we used to have for our 5 gallon water bottles. I am very happy that we replaced plastic with glass and steel. And the company sent me answers to my questions very quickly.
