Easy enough to use for a first timer.
When I first tried dip powder at home, it was great! I applied a coat and it was very easy to do; My only comment is that it takes longer than regular buffing. Everything went smoothly and the result was a strong and beautiful nail. It also served as an excellent base for a holographic top.
