This is a good diaper cream. It has a medium consistency (thinner than butt paste, thicker than Dr. Brown's). The zinc offers enough protection for overnight diapers. It works well with cloth diapers, which is what I use for my kids. The one problem that I have is that the hole in the lid is too small. The cream is very hard to squeeze out, and gets stuck to the point where I had to take the lid off, roll the bottom down and squeeze as hard as I could to get it out - after which it came shooting out! Definitely would do well with a rework of the packaging, and then it would be a 5 star cream!
