Item arrived on time, assembly instructions and parts in good condition. We placed a new 75-inch Samsung TV, weighing 77 pounds, on this mount with a lot of slack, so much so that we had to tilt the screen all the way up to align the screen vertically. The first picture shows the deflection and the second picture shows the loop of the center arm post actually twisting under the weight. The hinge mount doesn't stabilize the TV enough to keep the TV level so we have to periodically adjust the TV to get it back This 77-pound TV is pushed to the limits of this mount and there's no way it can support the 125-pound weight it says it can. The TV arm extends and retracts smoothly and allows you to rotate your 75 inch TV 90 degrees from the wall. We used to have a much heavier 8 year old Sanus TV wall mount with our smaller TV of about the same weight, which was much stronger but more difficult to get in and out. If you must use this mount I would recommend mounting the TV higher than you think to compensate for the sag and possible downward tilt of the TV screen.
