Oh my god I love this thing! If you understand that this is not necessarily a room cooler, but "your" cooler, you will like it too. At first I struggled to get the mister to work, I dunked it reading another review and it worked once but didn't after that. I wrote to the company for help, not knowing that mine might have been defective. They gave me a strange but really effective piece of advice: salt the water! I used the faucet as instructed but we have a filter on the incoming water source, it didn't occur to me that it was in the way. I slightly salted the water and voila! Since then no problems! I lost one of the metal springs and had to make another one out of the spring in the click grip, but that works great too. Definitely recommended for these three-digit days and high night-time temperatures!
