Review on 📱 Fluval A3976 LED Controller with WiFi Connectivity by Tricia Taylor

Overall I'm moderately satisfied. It powers my first and only LED aquarium light. He works and controls the light. It took me a while to even figure out the directions. I'm pretty tech savvy so I was disappointed I didn't figure it out sooner. (If you have a power outage or your power strip is plugged in, you'll need to sign in and have it sync again). I feel sorry for people who just want plug and play but are unhappy. It takes some patience and fiddling to make it work smoothly. Application developers need to update controls. I feel like my 11 year old could have made a better app. (My son programs and operates his more complex robots with less complex steps). I like the night setting, but it would be nice to be able to control the intensity and turn off the cycle entirely. I'm not sure why you need to program two channels (one for day and one for night) when they should be identical. A program to control both channels would make much more sense. Would I buy it again? Probably not, but I had already spent the money on a Fluval LED bulb, so it made sense. It works. As long as it's reliable. It works as described. Programmers could easily turn this product into a cool show. I'm not sure why they didn't make it onto the plate. If they improve it. I will increase my rating and update my review.
