I am very happy with this product. No more trouble positioning my smart card to possibly read it. This thing works, works well and works the first time. Aside from the product itself, the software support was also very easy to navigate. I couldn't use the CD that came with the reader to install the required driver, so I had to download it instead. The company's website made this easy by showing images of various devices that acted as links to the necessary drivers. No long list of executables to sift through, just well organized and to the point. The good grades for this reader are definitely worth my money.
