As a product manager, I was dissatisfied with Leotruny's lax approach to quality assurance. The quality of the items I received was quite low, especially considering the cost. It's obvious that speedy production has become more important to the corporation than quality control. The poor quality of service extended to me as a consumer. My attempts to voice my displeasure to the representative were treated with indifference and a lack of urgency to resolve the matter. Customers, especially those purchasing in more expensive things, should be concerned by this lack of responsibility. In conclusion, I do not think it is wise to do business with Leotruny. Warning signs include lax quality control and unhelpful staff who seem more concerned with making a buck than helping customers. There are lots of other stores out there that put emphasis on customer satisfaction rather than turnover.
