I love the pillow. After trying so many snoring remedies that didn't work, this did the trick. I also have asthma, sinus problems, and sleep apnea. I place a thin, soft pillow on the wedge and sleep on my side. For those who sleep on their backs it would be great too. I've been using it for two weeks now. No snoring, no naps, no morning headaches from lack of oxygen or overwork. Super comfortable. The memory foam seems to keep me from slipping off the wedge and keeps me comfortable. It's definitely worth a try. Several people have mentioned the chemical smell. I didn't notice anything and used it the first day it arrived. I have a very sensitive nose, I can feel everything. 6-week usage update. My husband just announced that I am cured of snoring. Now he will fall asleep. I was very loud. I don't sleep during the day and feel a lot better. No nocturnal awakenings either. Pretty cool. I wasn't aware of how badly sleep deprived I was. The pillow has not collapsed and has shown no signs of wear.
