This Mother Goose came packaged in a plastic bag. Nothing more. One side of her glasses was already torn off. I dropped the book on the first day of use. On the second day of use it stopped working at all! We changed the batteries and it still doesn't work. It was a present for our daughter's second birthday. She's devastated and we're furious. A complete waste of money. As a core customer, I'm beginning to feel that my Revain products are inferior. Our daughter loved it while she worked. It is totally unacceptable to pay full price for an item that worked for two days. I had a talking mother goose as a kid and it was a much better product than this complete crap. It is very sad to have such an experience. I do not recommend this product and will not buy it again!
