I have severe neck pain, nausea and shoulder problems on the shortest flights. I can never sleep or rest on airplanes. I bought this in preparation for a trip to Asia (multiple countries) with a total flight time of 38. Haven't traveled yet but love it already EASY TO USE So easy and quick to inflate, easy to store and packs away easily when it is packed. I'm a 5'8" female and can inflate it to the max with 5 big breaths. Comes with a set of ear tips, eye cap, hood and storage bag. better than beads or memory foam or gel or any other neck pillow! I have them tried them all. It doesn't get hot, you can adjust the amount of support just by changing the amount of air in it. It's good for narrow and thick necks, just adjust how much you inflate it. Won't suffocate you. I can take a great nap while sitting!I got everyone to try it and only got compliments.QUALITY I inflated it on purpose and left it for a few days to see if it leaks.After 48 hours of no use it's all just as i left it.Lost maybe 20% of the air after 1 week which is damn good!Did several tests and same results.I can say with confidence mine was while sleeping or in the middle of a 14 hour flight is not emptied! CONCLUSION: I have gifted this and other adjustable travel pillows to my entire family and have already recommended it to others. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
