A little soft, but still very comfortable
I like this toothbrush. Other reviews are correct in that these "medium" bristles are quite soft. I would say this brush is very close to the brand's "soft" bristle brush, but is a bit stiffer due to the wider head. I usually use medium and I think it's worth the change in bristle size due to the wide head. So fresh. So clean.
