I love my four lock bicycle products. Your customer service is very responsive, these are actually pictures of the second replacement part I received from Quad Lock. The problem is that I bought this motorcycle/scooter mount and installed it on my single cylinder motorcycle. I believe the engine vibration was transferred to the mount and the fingers just broke under the load. I'm particularly glad that I didn't lose my cell phone this time, 3 out of 4 fingers were broken. These are great bike products but I can't rate the motorcycle/scooter mount well. Hopefully the motorcycle ram mount will last longer.
