I have always used applicator pads for waxing. Something about the hand application seems different than your dual polisher/DA. It has definitely changed my waxing game for the better. I used this on 3 different machines (2 medium, 1 small) on the same day. My hands and wrist still feel great after prolonged use. The hexagonal handle fits my hand very well and makes depilation very pleasant and comfortable. I've used different types of wax, Collinite 845, Meguiars and he applies them nicely and evenly. I will be updating after 6 months of weekly use to test durability but so far the first estimate is that it will be a while. I highly recommend this to make waxing easier 10/10!
