I have had the experience that another cat food manufacturer changed the ingredients. My cat suddenly won't eat it anymore. So I switched to Pure Vita Chicken Pea Pellets and my cat loves these pellets. Then I decided on a small bag of Salmon Pure Vita and mixed it with the chicken and peas. expired Bought another bag of salmon online and mixed it up like before. My cat just didn't eat it. I gave him a plate of chicken and peas and he gulped it down. I gave him a plate of salmon but he didn't eat. So maybe it's different than when it's sold at a pet store or bought online. I do not know. But if my cat turns up his nose then something is wrong and maybe something is wrong with him. Just a thought.
