I use it as my main tool when it comes to booking my clients' services, including both professional ones (I am in PR) and also spa service treatments.It has helped me organize all of my bookings, which makes managing them even easier since they are always at hand on one place! The software is easy to learn and navigate. Its user interface may still need some improvement to make things simpler but otherwise its working great so far. Nothing yet that I dislike or find less than satisfactory; still have not found something that can be improved upon. My only wish would be that there was more flexibility around the payment side for different currencies and taxes since we operate internationally. We're using its functions and features primarily for our online booking portal where we've been able to collect many thousands of dollars monthly in recurring revenue from just 1% transaction fees! Our team benefits from knowing which hours each therapist works most frequently/easily across all time zones without having to constantly communicate about it on daily basis. The ease of use, the ability to customize it how we like! As long as you are willing to put in work and learn about this great product, I have no complaints. We've been able to increase our productivity by being able to schedule multiple doctor's appointments at one time rather than having to go through each individually. Also has allowed us to create a better flow during my day which allows me to spend less time doing administrative tasks but instead focus on other areas where I am providing services.
